About Mendara Lynn

Mendara is passionate about personal growth and strives to practice her knowledge within her own life. She is a Certified Coach and Graduated from Mind Rebel™ Academy which is “Home of the revolutionary Mind Rebel™ Method, with programming accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the MRA trains and supports world-class coaches around the world.” She has also accumulated the professional coaching hours required for ICF accreditation as a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and is a current standing member.

An East Coast heart living in Canada’s Capital city. When she’s not coaching she can be found spending most of her time with her two children and partner, working in data science, reading, or listening to audiobooks, enjoying the winter, practicing yoga or in her home gym. A natural introvert she’s happiest spending time at home, visiting Nova Scotia or travelling with her family. One of her goals in creating this program was to inspire others to live their life fully and reach pure contentment. After successfully launching this program two years ago, she’s excited to be offering it once again with a new cohort of participants.
